Welcome to Boots and Badges Pressure Wash LLC. By using our website, booking services, or subscribing to our bin cleaning plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide residential and commercial pressure washing services, including driveways, siding, decks, fences, and soft washing. We also offer monthly garbage bin cleaning subscriptions. All services are subject to availability.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by phone.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for missed or last-minute cancellations.

3. Weather Policy

Outdoor services are weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, services may be delayed or rescheduled. We’ll notify you promptly and arrange the next available date.

4. Garbage Bin Subscription

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and include regular cleaning of garbage and/or recycling bins.

  • Customers must ensure bins are accessible on service days.

  • You may cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may vary by surface type, square footage, or condition.

  • Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Subscriptions are auto-billed monthly to your preferred payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas to be cleaned are clear of obstacles (vehicles, furniture, pets, etc.).

  • Provide access to a working water spigot, if required.

  • Notify us of any surface damage, electrical hazards, or delicate materials prior to service.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or property

  • Water intrusion due to faulty windows, seals, or siding

  • Damage caused by undisclosed issues (e.g., rotting wood, loose siding)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Boots and Badges Pressure Washing and may not be used without permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with the new effective date.
